Manchester United are set to unveil their first signing of the January transfer window after youngster Noam Emeran confirms that he will be moving to Old Trafford this month.
The Amiens youth player has gotten interest from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus over the past few months.
However, it is understood that the winger is ready to ignore offers from the French and Italian giants respectively in order to fulfil his dream move to Old Trafford.
According to French newspaper Courrier Picard, United are set to pay around £90,000 to sign the 16-year-old.
Emeran had this to say about making his dream transfer come true:
“I chose Manchester United after discussing it with my family.
“I think United were my best option from the offers I had to enable me to play at the top level.
“It is now down to me to put in the work needed to reach my targets and fulfil my dreams.” [Mirror]
The French born player, who is so keen in playing for Belgium at international level, has performed brilliantly at Amiens this season, having joined the French side from FC Brussels earlier in his career.
The wonderkid is can handle playing out wide or down the middle, although he has majorly played on the left wing this season and has had enjoyed much success there.
However, Emeran is not expected to play for United’s first team immediately, due to the pool of talented forwards manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer already has at hand.
